User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy

This User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy governs your access to and use of N8 Office, including the website, application interface, account system, data storage, messaging features, document tools, and any related services offered through the platform. The service is owned and operated by Nathan Smith Manley, 840 Jackson St #1040, Grand Haven, MI 49417, USA. By creating an account, accessing the service, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you agree to be bound by its terms.

N8 Office is intended to provide general productivity functionality for home, household, school, and business use. The service may include tools for notes, calendar, contacts, tasks, reminders, messages, files, documents, world clock, calculator, OCR, QR generation, translation, dictation, assistant features, and other related utilities. The service is provided for convenience and organization, and you remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you create, store, upload, transmit, or share.

You agree to keep your account credentials confidential, to use reasonable care to protect your account, and to notify the owner promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, account compromise, or misuse. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not that activity is authorized by you. You should not share your password, reuse credentials on unsafe systems, or allow others to operate your account in a manner that could compromise security or integrity.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the service, subject to the rights needed for N8 Office to host, process, transmit, display, store, back up, and otherwise operate the service on your behalf. You grant the owner a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content only as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, troubleshoot defects, prevent abuse, back up data, and comply with legal obligations. This license does not transfer ownership of your content.

You agree not to use the service to create, upload, store, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, threatening, exploitative, obscene, fraudulent, deceptive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to use the service for phishing, spam, mass messaging, credential theft, malware distribution, automated scraping, denial-of-service activity, reverse engineering, security bypasses, or any attempt to interfere with the availability, integrity, or performance of the system.

You further agree not to probe, scan, test, or attempt to circumvent the security of N8 Office systems, not to knowingly overload the service with automated requests or abusive behavior, and not to use the platform in a way that harms other users, disrupts service operations, or circumvents account limits or abuse protections. Any suspected violation may result in content removal, temporary restriction, suspension, or termination of access without prior notice.

The service may depend on third-party hosting, storage, network, communication, browser, and software infrastructure. Availability, speed, data retention, and feature behavior may vary over time. The owner may update, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue the service or any feature at any time. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important information if you require independent copies outside the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. The owner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of the service, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

You acknowledge that features may be modified over time and that continued use after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with this agreement or any future revision, you must stop using the service and should not create or continue to use an account. Questions, access issues, notices, or account-related communications may be directed to the service owner at the address listed above or through any contact method provided by the owner from time to time.

Additional terms. The owner may investigate suspected abuse, unauthorized access, fraud, or security incidents and may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities when required. The owner may also preserve, disclose, or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or legal rights. If a provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
